By accessing and using chineseautodb.com ("the Site") and any related services provided by CADB ("we," "us," "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CADB provides an online database platform for Chinese automotive brands, including:

• Vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability information
• Brand and dealer directories and profiles
• AI-generated and editorial car reviews
• Financial calculators (loan, TCO, import cost estimator)
• Lead generation and inquiry forwarding to dealers
• Subscription plans for dealers and brands
• A marketplace connecting vehicle vloggers with brands and dealers

All information is provided for informational purposes only. CADB does not sell vehicles and is not a party to any transaction between buyers, dealers, or brands.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used fraudulently.

Dealer & Brand Accounts

Dealers and brands registering on CADB agree to additional obligations:

• All inventory and pricing information must be accurate and kept up to date
• You may not list vehicles you do not have authority to sell
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• CADB reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content policies
• Lead information received through CADB must be used solely to respond to consumer inquiries

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, vehicle specifications, photographs, and software — is the property of CADB or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated tools
• Use CADB trademarks or branding without express written authorization
• Create derivative works based on our content or software

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Disclaimer of Warranties

Vehicle information on CADB is compiled from manufacturer sources and third-party data providers. Always verify specifications and pricing directly with dealers before making purchasing decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CADB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CADB in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CADB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
